Types of property in Spain

The real estate market in Costa Blanca is very diverse. Apartments and studios, bungalows, duplexes and townhouses, cottages and villas - choose according to your taste and budget.

Apartments and studios

The apartments are accommodation in an apartment building. They consist of one or more bedrooms, living room, kitchen, one or more bathrooms. They can have their own or common solarium, terrace or balcony.

Studio is a one-room apartment.

Apartment buildings in the resort areas are located within the city limits, near the beach or a golf club. In the urbanization usually there are social areas with swimming pool, green area for recreation, playground, parking and even a gym with tennis courts.

Bungalow 

Bungalow - a two-storey residential complexes in which the ground floor apartment belongs to one owner, the second - to the other. Each residence - a separate entrance. Usually the garden belongs to the ground floor, and the solarium on the roof - the second. In residential complexes, as a rule, there’re a swimming pool, a green zone, parking and other facilities and amenities.

Townhouses 

A townhouse - is a house built on a series of two or three floors for four or more owners, each one with its own small plot (or garden) and a solarium on the roof.

In a residential complex of townhouses can be maintained public area with swimming pools and green areas, orchards, tennis courts, gyms and saunas.

Chalet or cottage 

Chalet in Spain is called a small one-story or two-story house on one homeowner or a duplex house on two homeowners. Each ownership has its own entrance and shares a common wall or a garage (in this case is actually a separate accommodation). As a rule, such housing has a living room, two or three bedrooms, one or two bathrooms, kitchen, storage room and solarium. Usually, each owner has his own plot of land. The urbanization - common swimming pools, green area for recreation, playgrounds, tennis courts and other facilities and amenities.

Villas 

Villa in Spain - is a separate house on the same owner. It includes multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, large terrace and solarium on the second floor, basement. On their own plot of land, as a rule, there’re a private swimming pool, a garden, a garage.
